This Investment Acknowledgment is recorded each time you confirm a purchase on the Platform. It applies to the single tax lien certificate or tax deed position identified in the confirmation dialog at the moment you confirmed, and the specific position details you were shown — jurisdiction, parcel identifier, certificate or cause number, lien amount, interest rate where applicable, redemption period, estimated redemptive value, and your investment amount — are recorded with this acknowledgment.
The Current Redemptive Value shown in the confirmation dialog is a calculated estimate only. The Final Redemption Amount is governed exclusively by the statutes of the state in which the underlying instrument was issued. LienFi makes no warranty that the estimate will match the actual redemption amount.
You confirmed that you understand this transaction is irreversible once confirmed onchain. LienFi cannot reverse, cancel, modify, or recover a completed transaction.
You confirmed that you understand the Current Redemptive Value may differ from the Final Redemption Amount governed by the applicable state statute.
You confirmed that you have conducted your own due diligence on this lien and the underlying property. LienFi is a technology platform, not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, bank, financial institution, or fiduciary, and nothing on the Platform constitutes investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, list, transfer, or hold any asset or position.
